Sustainability is at the heart of everything we do at FYO. All the meat for our menus is sourced Locally our fish always comes from the Fish Emporium and our beautiful brioche rolls come from Ma Baker. Supporting local independent business is imperative and a core value of ours.
We are blessed with a variety of local Farm shops in Worcestershire so we tend to shop amongst a lot of them and use each one dependant on availability.

We have spent a lot of time and energy in picking the best packaging. It is important that it is functional, has good aesthetics and is recyclable, compostable or reusable. These were key needs that came out of a focus group we ran prior to launch.
We mainly use Vegware products supplemented from time to time dependant on what the particular menu requires. We will always guarantee that our packaging is recyclable, compostable or reusable. we will never compromise on the importance of this.
